Európsky súd uznal, že cesta do práce je časť pracovného dňa
Zamestnanci, ktorí nemajú stálu kanceláriu, napríklad dochádzajúce opatrovateľky alebo obchodní zástupcovia si budú môcť započítavať cestu do práce do pracovného času.
Jedná sa najmä o obchodných zástupcov, montážnych a servisných pracovníkov a regionálnych manažérov.

Zmeny v Zákonníku práce poslanci odhlasovali spolu s novelou zákona o starobnom dôchodkovom sporení. Ak prezident zákon podpíše, budú účinné už od 1. júla.

Od 16. januára štrajk blokuje závod PSA v Aulnay. Pre
informáciu: závod v Aulnay má PSA zatvoriť v roku 2014, po oznámení
vyhlásila najväčšia odborová organizácia CGT štrajk.
V poslednej dobe vedenie PSA pristupuje k tvrdším krokom. Vyčíta štrajkujúcim, že násilím sa snažia zabrániť, aby ostatní robotníci pracovali a že štrajkujúci ničia materiál. Dvaja štrajkujúci v piatok 15.2. dostali výpoveď na základe disciplinárneho trestu.
